About My Personal Life My husband, Ben, and I have been living in Washington,
Missouri for approximately seven years. We have been
married for five years and just gave birth to our first
child, a daughter named Kennedy Lynn, in October, 1999.
She keeps us very busy and we truly enjoy every minute of
her.
I finished my Master's Degree in Education from
Lindenwood University in May, 1999 and have been teaching
special education to kindergarten through sixth grade in a
small town. My husband is also a special education
teacher at the high school level.
My mom still lives in Waukee in the same house I grew up
in. My sister, Denise, and her family also have recently
moved back to Waukee to one of the many new subdivisions.
This gives me plenty of reason to come back and visit. I
usually spend a great deal of time there in the summer
seeing family.
