About My School Life What can I say? It was the best of the times and the even better of times.

About My Personal Life My husband, Paul, and I relocated to North Carolina in Oct. 2005, following Hurricane Katrina (we had been living in New Orleans for the last several years). We now live near Asheville with our six labrodors (our "children"). Paul joined a group of internists and is a hospitalist here in Rutherfordton. I am still working with my New Orleans law firm long distance (via the internet - I telecommute). I also took and passed the NC bar exam in Feb. 2006 and, in Oct. 2006, I opened my own law office! That's right - I took the plunge and hung my own shingle. I'm now legal in both states! Watch out.
