About My Work Life Lesa and I purchased the business in July of 2005 from a couple that was ready to retire. The funeral home was started in 1905 and is a big building for small town america.

About My Personal Life After High School I became a Paramedic and worked in the EMS field until 1990. 1990 forward I have worked in the funeral business (I know, hard to believe!). I worked in St. Louis for several years and in 2003 moved back to GC to work for the Irwin's after my divorce. I have 2 beautiful daughters Amanda and Jaime. Forward to 2005 where I met my wife Lesa (also a Funeral Director) got married and purchased a funeral home in Cuba, MO. This was a life long dream of both of ours. We both wanted to be in a small town and slow down our pace of life. I guess being on call 365 days 24/7 is not really slowing down. Lesa has a beautiful daughter Kayla and together our 3 girls keep us busy too. We look forard to our future together and having our own business.
