About My Personal Life The past 10+ years have been very busy for me. I have worked in Washington D.C. for 5 of those years, were I met my husband Brian. We were married in 1994 and moved to Oregon and then finally upper NW Washington were I went to school in Langley, British Columbia. We are currently at Purdue University were my husband is working on his Ph.D. in Early Moderen Eastern European History. I am a stay at home mum to a very precocious 7 month old son named Nathan Andrew Petr while trying to finsh my degree in International Studies. We plan to be here for another year and half before trecking back to either the Slovakia or Hungary for my husband's research and writing stages of his degree.
