About My Personal Life Along with my wife, Maureen, I've been living and sailing in San Diego since 1990. After NDHS, I graduated in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Champaign, then in 1993 received my MBA in International Business/General Management from Virginia Tech - although I took the last six courses at the University of San Diego.
Between degrees, I worked in the Internal Audit shops of Texaco, Inc. and United Techonologies (Pratt & Whitney, Carrier Air Conditiong, Otis Elevators, Sikorsky Helicopters, etc.) which took me to all 50 states and 37 countries from West Africa and Central and South America to Hong Kong and Taiwan. I currently work in the Financial Planning and Budgeting office of the County of San Diego.
Unbelievably, my son, Matt, is graduating in 2000 from the University of San Diego High School whose nickname is "the Dons". My daughter, Vanessa, is in her 4th year of a 5 year, two degree program studying Civil Engineering and Busi
