About My School Life At Prospect Heights I enjoyed acting in the Drama Club and writing for the newspaper. My favorite teachers were Mrs. Betencourt, 9th grade English teacher and Mr. Mendick my drama teacher. After graduation I attended Cornell University. I graduated in 1978. I graduated from Qunnipiac University, School of Law in 2000 with a J.D., and received my LLM in Insurance Law from University of Connecticut School of Law in 2006.

About My Personal Life I am a single mother raising a teenage daughter. My oldest son passed away in 2003 at the age of 24 and my middle son just gradauted high school and is living in California. I am the grandmother of a 7 year old grandson and a 3 year old granddaughter.
